We should Quote marker starts with "#". Without quotation mark, REAPER will discard the marker:

Quotation mark can fix this:

@lzqlzzq The text in the screenshots is the same. Should the first image show #f without quotes around it?

Sorry for the wrong screenshot, the first image should be a plain #f without quotes. Then REAPER will discard the marker.
